Royals in Development International Foundation (RiDIF) is a Non-governmental Organization / Non-for-Profit Organization for development. It was founded in Ghana by Nana Afia Siraa Ababio III,the Queen Mother of Werempe Division of Berekum Traditional Council and also Queen Mother Kato in the Bono Region of Ghana.RiDIF have built a long term local and foreign relationship with governments and its agencies, the private sector, Ghanaians and international partners in social economic dialogs for reducing poverty at the local levels.
We formulate and implement local development in women and children empowerment through tvet and build capacity of traditional authorities and global leaders for development agendas within Ghanaian communities and beyond.The foreign and local chapters work together to equip needy women and children (school drop outs, physically challenged, inmates, widows, pregnant women especially gers’ people with the will to acquire TVET) in identified communities with necessary training and workshop.
RiDIF support fresh TVET graduates financially and also provide them with working tools and materials to enable them establish themselves to break the cycle of povertyand guide their own development to help eradicate or reduce the unemployment rate in the country.RiDIF also help women especially girl child to gain access to good health care and its awareness to eradicate maternal mortality, still birth, pre-term and any other birth related health issues in Ghana and beyond. RiDIF is dedicated to improving life’s irrespective of class or tribe, giving them the freedom to pursue their own sustainable development.

Mission : To build the capacities of women and children in Ghana and beyond, implement creative community based strategies that result in enhancing economic opportunities, strong neighborhood, and to ensure a dynamic frame work for quality growth and development using technical and vocational education and training (TVET) and good health care awareness through traditional / global leaders.
