Chiefs and Queens both in Ghana and abroad, and Global Leaders has done a lot helping in changing the lives of the deprived persons in their communities. Nana Afia Siraa-Ababio III, Queen mother of the Werempe Division of Berekum Traditional Area and also Queen of Kato in Bono Region and some few traditional leaders gave birth to a foundation named Royals In Development International Foundation ( RiDIF ).
After attending a five day workshop at GIMPA, Accra in 2011 organized by the Commonwealth Secretariat in collaboration with GIMPA in Accra for hundreds of Queen Mothers in Ghana. The theme, Promoting good governance in Ghana: The role of queen mothers This conference challenged the traditional authorities to do more for their people hence the formation of RiDIF.
Our target area of operations are, Female Inmates in our Prisons, Juveniles in Borstal Homes, Orphanages and Girls in TVET Instuations in Ghana. Our prime Objectives are Children Education, Donations, Counseling, Mentoring, Empowerment/Skills Training and Support to our benificiaries. RiDIF, Agents of Change.
